Wednesday, May 3 - Saturday, May 6 SOAP's NOLA scavenger hunt! New Orleans - #SOAP23NOLAhunt Explore New Orleans with your Colleagues and compete for prizes!
- Create a team with a group of 3-5 individuals. Have your team Captain stop by the SOAP Registration Desk in New Orleans to register your team and get the list of missions. Be creative with your team names!
- Teams will earn points for each mission they complete, which will be tallied by the Annual Meeting Committee. Prizes to be awarded to the highest scoring team!
- Ways to increase your team’s points by:
- Creativity in completing the mission.
- Is the photo engaging?
- How many team mates present and showing team spirit?
- Include SOAP logo/paraphernalia in the photo?
- How many people have retweeted the photo?
Wednesday, May 3 Welcome Reception 6:00pm - 8:00pm Lagniappe/Roux Bistro/Waterbury - Sheraton New Orleans Hotel All registered attendees are invited to kick off the meeting and reconnect with colleagues, make new connections, and enjoy food and beverage. Business casual attire is appropriate. Spouses and guests are welcome at the reception, but a guest badge is required. Please purchase a guest pass for $200 for adults, $50 for children.
