SOAP Fundamentals Virtual Event September 6 & 13, 2025
Thank you for attending SOAP Fundamentals, now in its third year, SOAP Fundamentals is the must-attend educational program for anesthesia providers without formal training in obstetric anesthesia. After drawing over 50 enthusiastic participants to last year’s virtual event, we’re thrilled to return with fresh content, dynamic sessions, and expert-led instruction tailored to your needs.
This year’s program promises new topics, practical insights, and interactive learning you won’t want to miss. A big thank-you to our outstanding presenters and dedicated planning committee — their efforts continue to make SOAP Fundamentals an essential learning experience.
Research has identified several barriers these providers face, including difficulty obtaining resources from centers of obstetric anesthesia excellence, the need for ongoing mentorship, and limited access to expertise. SOAP Fundamentals aims to enhance the knowledge of these healthcare teams, supporting SOAP's mission to advance and advocate for the health of pregnant women and their babies. This innovative virtual hybrid meeting will feature high-quality sessions on common topics in obstetric anesthesia delivered by expert faculty.
Recorded content and conference materials are available on-demand in the SOAP Learning Center for all registrants.
