SOAP is excited to announce the new SOAP Mentoring Academy! Applications for Mentor/Mentee pairings close August 15.

The SOAP Mentoring Academy is a community of individuals passionate about mentoring the growth, learning, and career development of the next generation of those committed to providing obstetric anesthesia care. The goal is to enhance the personal and professional development of mentors and mentees, as a benefit to SOAP members, by:

• Providing guidance, advice, and support
• Connecting individuals
• Creating targeted programs and events
